Discover the world of anthropology

Fri 9 Aug 2019 10:30am12:30pm

Ever wondered what anthropology is, or what anthropologists do and why it matters? These questions and more will be answered at UQ's Anthropology Experience Day event.

Discover what it means to be human in a globalising world and gain hands-on experience of what it’s like to study anthropology at university. Explore career paths, compare undergraduate courses, gain admission tips and interact with working anthropologists and current students.

Studying anthropology through a Bachelor of Arts degree will have you walking away as a skilled detective of ingrained and ‘unseen’ cultural and social practices.

This event is brought to you by The Australian Anthropological Society in conjunction with The University of Queensland.
